ACTO INAUGURAL<\/b><\/p><p>Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Flamenco Joven Extreme\u00f1o, direcci\u00f3n Leyla Buitrago<\/p><p><b>Bienvenida y apertura institucional.<\/b><\/p><ul><li><b>Miguel \u00c1ngel Gallardo Miranda,<\/b> Alcalde de Villanueva de la Serena. Comenz\u00f3 dando las gracias por elegir Villanueva de la Serena como la sede para la celebraci\u00f3n del 40 aniversario de la Federaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Universidades Populares (FEUP), poniendo de relieve su compromiso como Alcalde y Presidente de la Diputaci\u00f3n Provincial de Badajoz hacia el desarrollo de las Universidades Populares, la Federaci\u00f3n y la Asociaci\u00f3n Extreme\u00f1a de Universidades Populares.<\/li><li><b>Liborio L\u00f3pez Garc\u00eda<\/b>, Subsecretario de Educaci\u00f3n y Formaci\u00f3n Profesional, Gobierno de Espa\u00f1a. En representaci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n y Formaci\u00f3n Profesional, pone de manifiesto la importancia de la educaci\u00f3n no formal que se realiza desde las Universidades Populares para el desarrollo de social y cultural de las personas y los territorios. Ha destacado la capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n de las Universidades Populares para hacer frente a los desaf\u00edos del siglo XXI mejorando la\u00a0 sociedad.\u00a0<\/li><li><b>M\u00f3nica Calurano Vellarino<\/b>, Presidenta de FEUP. Contribuyendo como agentes activos a la transici\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica que, inexorablemente, va a ir cambiando nuestra forma de hacer y nuestras vidas.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>12.40 h_ Impacto y oportunidades de la Inteligencia Artificial.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p><ul><li><b>Javier Mart\u00edn Robles.<\/b> Jefe de Inteligencia Artificial en Sngular.<\/li><\/ul><p>Ha explicado, con una visi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, c\u00f3mo entender la Inteligencia Artificial, facilitando algunas claves sobre uso para sacar el m\u00e1ximo rendiemiendo,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>c\u00f3mo comunicarnos con ella, qu\u00e9 podemos esperar,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>y c\u00f3mo pude ser una excelente copiloto que ayuda a ampliar nuestro conocimiento desde un marco \u00e9tico y de equilibrio social.<\/p><ul><li><b>Urbano Garc\u00eda Alonso. <\/b>Director de Innovaci\u00f3n<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Digital de RTVE.<\/li><\/ul><p>rbano, nos habl\u00f3 sobre los cambios que tecnolog\u00edas disruptivas, como la Inteligencia Artificial, est\u00e1n generando para crear un nuevo orden del ecosistema social, econ\u00f3mico y tecnol\u00f3gico, en los albores de la gran mutaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>La joya en la corona disruptiva, desde comienzos de diciembre, es\u00a0ChatGPT, difundida por OpenAI, con una capacidad desconocida para \u201crazonar\u201d, escribir c\u00f3digo, responder a preguntas, redactar textos\u2026 pero tambi\u00e9n generar una aplicaci\u00f3n desde cero o completar art\u00edculos-cap\u00edtulos-libros-series. Vale, que no tiene conciencia de s\u00ed misma, pero argumenta y desborda m\u00e1s coherencia, l\u00f3gica y sentido com\u00fan que muchos individuos.<\/p><p>La IA est\u00e1 comenzando a tener un impacto significativo todos los sectores sociales, especialmente en el de la educaci\u00f3n. En el entorno educativo, no s\u00f3lo est\u00e1 cambiando la forma en que se ense\u00f1a y se aprende, sino est\u00e1 poniendo de manifiesto la necesidad de adquirir nuevas competencias transversales o blandas y digitales que no est\u00e1n siendo potenciadas todo lo que se deber\u00eda en este momento y que van a marcar la diferencia en el empleo del futuro y en la propia concepci\u00f3n del mundo
